All orders within Australia  have FREE REGULAR SHIPPING or $5 EXPRESS SHIPPING.

 

International orders over $100 AUD also have FREE SHIPPING otherwise will be charged with a flat rate fee of $20 AUD. For more shipping information please see below.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Exchanges are absolutely understandable. Your new swimwear may not fit perfectly the first time and so we welcome you to exchange it for another size, style or colour run.  If you are totally unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a refund for the garment only (not shipping costs).

HOW DO I RETURN MY BIKINI?

To request a return, simply email us at sales@neontide.com. You will then be allocated a Return Authorisation (RA) number and a return shipping address. Simply pop it in the post and send it back to us. You will then receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please make sure to view our entire return policy please see below before proceeding with any exchange.

AUSTRALIA

Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post E Parcel . 

To be certain that your package will arrive the next day, we endeavour to post all orders the same day that they are received, provided that these orders are placed before 2pm EST. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If your package, for any reason is not signed for, it will be delivered to your local post office for collection. Due to matters outside of our control some orders may be delayed. For orders placed in metropolitan areas, please allow up to 2-3 days. For orders placed in rural areas including Adelaide and Perth, please allow up to 3-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are sent via International Registered post. Once your package has been posted you will be emailed a unique tracking number. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery it will be taken to your local post office for collection. For all international orders, please allow 7-20 business days for delivery. Neontide are not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. 

 

NEONTIDE EXCHANGE POLICY 

At Neontide we believe that customer service should be easy. 

Exchanges are absolutely understandable. Your new swimwear may not fit perfectly the first time and so we welcome you to exchange it for another size, style or colour run.

To return your order simply email us at sales@neontide.com.

An email response containing the 'how to return my bikini' instructions will be emailed to back you within 24 hours. Please post your order back to the address provided in this email. 

Please enclose the following items upon return;

  • All items intended for exchange, including packaging 
  • Please include your original receipt and customer details
  • A postage bag, pre-paid with your address information and contact details filled in

For all exchanges within Australia, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of purchase. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date. 

We also offer a refund if your purchase is not suitable, but we do not refund any shipping costs.

All of our pieces are  made with care and are all individually inspected before being shipped out to ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you.In the unlikely instance that your swimwear is faulty, you have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault.

Neontide reserve the right to repair or replace. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued with a full refund. Neontide will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running.

Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your garment. Neontide garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience “wear and tear” over time. Neontide holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.

In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted. All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused and with swing tags secure. 

Neontide do not cover any return postage costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured.

Once we receive your return package, your return will be processed. An email notification will be sent to you once your new package is on its way.
